| A new Entry. This is shocking to me.
Well like my usual it has to do with quasi-semi spiritual things that I casually tore into as a raving piglet searching for a meal among a squall of thirty. Playing Apples to Apples the adjective saintly came up. A girl responded with "I wished I had held on to my 'GOING TO CHURCH' card still because that card would have been perfect." I scoffed, or guffawed either or. She asked "What?" My response "'going to church' is not saintly."
My point real quick. Going to church is an act that raises and uphelds a spiritual believers soul. It does not directly give to others and muster up a saving righteousness for others. Church revitalizes the soul of the christian but the christian acts coming from the revitalization is the part that can be considered saintly. I mean going to church does not make you better person or make you more saintly it is a tool for learning and discernment and more. THE CHURCH is saintly as a whole because we the people are or could be saintly. A specfic church attendence has never made me more righteous. So going to church not saintly a church member saintly possibly, THE CHURCH saintly most definitely.
Sorry, Mckenzie that I offended you but I have had my share of Great or Disturbing churches and church experiences. I now know that church experiences enrich us but it is clearly us individuals that are the saints.
